Receive the email invitations to our sales and be reminded as soon as they open!

As soon as you become a Private Outlet member you will be regularly informed of all upcoming sales.

Every weekend an invitation email will inform you of all the sales’ dates and opening hours during the week to come.

This invitation will enable you to view the trailers to all the sales, presenting each brand, its products as well as its universe.

 

How to shop

The sale has begun!

First, you’ll receive a reminder email. You’ll then be able to discover all the products on offer and go shopping for famous brands at exclusive prices!

Accessing an ongoing sale

- Log in by typing the email address and password you used when creating your Private Outlet account.
- You’ve just entered the showroom: click on the ‘Enter sale’ button related to the sale you’re interested in.
- Scroll the products on offer and add them to your basket. Remember that quantities are limited: you better add a product you like right away before it’s sold out!

Your basket will remain active for 1 hour.

NB : Once this time is up, if your basket hasn’t been validated it will automatically be emptied by our system in order to allow all our members to purchase from the sale.

Our delivery dates change from one sale/brand to the next. This is why it’s impossible to combine products from different sales in the same basket. Before purchasing products from another sale you’ll need to check out your basket. To finalize your shopping spree and purchases you need to check out your basket.

The « My basket » button is located in the upper-right website menu.
Your order’s delivery fees and dates will be displayed as soon as you’ve entered your delivery and billing addresses, before your even make the payment.

What means of payment are there?

Paying for purchases on Privateoutlet.co.uk is only possible with the following types of bank cards:

In order to guarantee payment security, Private Outlet has chosen the best partners and a secure encrypted connexion.

Secured Servers

We use a high-performance and efficient security technology: a secured SSL server insures our website’s reliable status. This software encrypts all necessary personal data for processing your orders (name, address, bank information) when it is typed in. During their one-time transfer via internet it is impossible to read them.

Secured payments

All payments made on Private Outlet are processed, assessed and controlled by BIBIT Global Payment Services, the European leader in secured payments. This enables us to fight bank card fraud. If the BIBIT system considers there’s a risk and refuses to make the transaction, your order may be refused.
Order payments on Privateoutlet.co.uk can only be made with bank cards.

Bank card fraud insurance

Private Outlet also has an insurance contract with the FIA-NET company.

All your transactions on our website are covered in terms of theft as well as fraudulent bank card or bank information use subsequent to a Private Outlet purchase.

The terms of use concerning bank cards issued in the United-Kingdom state that fraud insurance coverage is mandatory for the banks that issue them.

 

Order confirmation and tracking

Once your order has been finalized you will receive a confirmation email containing:

- The order reference
- Purchased product quantities, references, descriptions and prices.
- Shipping fees.
- Order total and means of payment used.
- Estimated delivery date
- Delivery and billing address

Order dispatching

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a dispatching confirmation email.

Your order will be handed over to DHL and delivered to the address you gave us.

Within the following 72 hours DHL will contact you by phone to set a delivery date (delivery hours: 8AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday). If you aren’t able to answer your phone DHL will leave a message on your answering machine so that you can call them back and set a delivery date. If you haven’t been contacted within the 4 days following your order’s dispatch or if you need to confirm a delivery date which has already been set, we recommend you call their customer service directly (with your tracking number handy). The phone number is the following: 0870 240 0072, from 8AM to 6PM, Monday through Friday.

Order tracking on our website

You can access this section in the « My account > My orders » section.

This section will enable you to access information concerning orders you have made. You will be able to view all details concerning the items it contains (order reference, tracking number) as well as its real-time status. The « My account » section is secure. You need to log in to access it.

Note: orders that have been finalized and paid for can’t be modified (delivery address, product quantities...etc).

Your right to return an order

As stated by French Consumer law articles L.120-20 and following, you have a seven (7) day period during which you may decide to return your order without having to provide any justification whatsoever or having to pay any penalty or fee except for the return postal cost. The seven day period begins upon receiving the order.

Unsatisfactory order (one or several items)
Up until the moment it is dispatched, you can ask for your order to be cancelled by sending us an email with the order reference through our « Contact » section, subject «order cancellation». The order will then be cancelled within the next 24 hours.

As soon as your order has been delivered you can partially or entirely return it. Once we have received and checked the returned order you will receive an email concerning its successful return to our warehouse and its refund.
How do you return an item?

Refund

Once we’ve sent you a cancellation or refund confirmation email, we will refund the amount due onto the bank account linked to the bank card used to make the purchase in the first place. This refund will take place within the following 15 days. If you are using a differed debit card, please check out the specific delays and conditions applied by your bank. If you have any issue whatsoever concerning a payment, please contact your bank or our Private Outlet customer service via the appropriate form in the « Contact  » section.

Our customer service is open Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM, French bank holidays excepted.

After your inquiry has been sent in, you will receive an automatically generated email confirming that it has been received. One of our customer service employees will then process it within the following 24 hours and give you a precise answer by email or by telephone. If you absolutely wish to be contacted by telephone, please make this desire explicit in your initial email.
