This long experience has transmitted a thorough knowledge of the industry’s inner workings and important players. For these reasons, Yoann Andrino, David Rosenthal and I diversified operations in 2006 by founding PrivateOutlet.com, the first European private sales website.

 

Since its debut, Private Outlet has filled a gap in the market that existed for both brands and consumers. The Company

The ANDRINO Group has been one of the European leaders in the wholesale industry for over thirty years. Armed with the know-how of the family business and their reputation with brands and manufacturers, Cyril Andrino, Yoann Andrino and David Rosenthal diversified their activities in 2006 by creating PrivateOutlet.com, the first European private sales website. Since its launch, Private Outlet maintains a presence in France, Italy, Germany, Spain and the United Kingdom, and, thanks to its expertise in the wholesale goods industry, works with name brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, and D&G, among many others…

Valeria Musumeci joined the company in 2007 as International Purchasing Director. She had already established a career in the Italian fashion industry, notably supervising the distribution of Mariella Burani, Corneliani, Husky and Marlys in the Italian market, and in charge of Raid Gauloises’s European retail operations. Valeria oversees buying strategies and supervises the purchasing departments in France and Italy. Together with her team of buyers, she sources the market’s most relevant offerings, an important element of Private Outlet’s success.  

Jean-Paul Carquin arrived at Private Outlet in 2008 as Director of European Marking to reinforce the growth of the brand. A marketing and business development specialist, he familiarized himself with the Internet as of 1996 and immediately recognized possibilities for growth. Most notably in the past 15 years, he has contributed to the development of the Clust.com and Darty.com e-commerce sites and the e-commerce agency Archi & d’Alembert (Isobar Group). Today, he applies his e-marketing and e-commerce expertise to Private Outlet.
